At some point I realised - nothing beats yoga poses, especially arm balances when it´s about core strength.

Nothing beats yoga to train the balance when it´s about high kicks for Martial Arts practitioners.

And nothing beats arm balances when it´s about wrist strength and mobility - for safe punches and wristlocks. Or whatever you do by hands.
