Active flexibility for high kicks or splits and deep long passive stretches based on Yin yoga will help you to feel younger.
Traditional fitness routines combined with yoga movements.
Minimal equipment
The online bodyweight strength and stretching sessions are designed to be able to workout from everywhere - in your home, at work break, in a gym or outside by summer enjoying good weather and fresh air. Usually we will use two yoga blocks and a mat.
Other strength developing sessions are aimed for home gyms, we use different usual equipment which you may have home. All the workouts can be done in public gyms as well.
